TalentBridge only recently required most workers return to the office to inspire camaraderie and an ability to cross-train, which is invaluable in our business and had declined during COVID. We fully supported our team during COVID lockdowns, following CDC recommendations and offering both remote and hybrid options to those who qualified. Our Charlotte market (where this review appears to have originated) enjoys nearly zero voluntary turnover, the result of a deep commitment to and investment in our people, as well as the transparency of our full leadership team. TalentBridge prides itself on being recognized as a “Top Place to Work” in 20. It’s unfortunate that Glassdoor provides a vehicle for this type of slanderous review, which is more of a personal retaliation than legitimate feedback/review. They would rather be unemployed rather than to continue to work there. I say this from my experience and for the number of people that quit working there without a job. It isn't worth the agony of going into the office everyday. Unless you are desperate for a job (and still I wouldn't recommend), I highly encourage you to look for a different job. They say that they care about the people and community, but all they care about is themselves. They care more about hitting numbers rather than their people. They couldn't trust that people could work from home and be productive. However, during COVID, they were bringing the entire staff (90 people) back in the office 5 days a week. They should understand how the market is changing and adapt. Additionally, they are a staffing and recruiting firm. He is by far the worst manager I have encountered throughout my career. He is late to the meetings that he does attend. He was hired because he was a college friend of the CEO. He has no business knowledge, but thinks he knows everything. He talks poorly about the management team openly. And it's not just about lower level people. He is incredibly nice to your face and then talks poorly about you behind your back. He complains about budgets and spending, but has no problem spending $300K for an annual event. The CEO is incredibly focused on appearance rather than doing right for the company. That is the furthest thing from the truth. They try to present themselves as intelligent, strategic and well organized. TalentBridge is a terrible place to work.
